The Foundation also is beneficiary of deferred gifts of life insurance policies, gift annuities and charitable remainder unitrusts totaling $800,000. Figures above do not include equity in real estate acquired by the Foundation, which is handled through separate accounts. Current Total Property Account assets are $650,000 with liabilities of $348,000.
