"I give, devise and bequeath to the Union Gospel Mission Association of Saint Paul, a Minnesota charitable corporation (IRS federal income tax no. 41-0705847), located at 77 Ninth Street East, Saint Paul, Minnesota, 55101, the sum of (or % of my estate), (or other personal real property here in described) to be used for (designated purpose) or its general programs as it shall determine."
