Wills
1. Unrestricted Bequest--”I give, devise and bequeath to The University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. the sum of $_________ dollars (or the following described property) for the benefit of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.”

2. Designated Bequest--“I give, devise and bequeath to The University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. the sum of $__________ dollars (or the following described property) for the benefit of the (college, school, department, division, project or program) at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.”

3. Residual Bequest--“I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest of my estate (or percent of the rest of my estate ______%) to The University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. for the benefit of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.”

4. Bequest Restricted as to Purposes--“I give, devise and bequeath to The University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. the sum of $___________ dollars (or the following described property) for the benefit of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, to be used in accordance with my gift agreement on file with the Foundation.”

Trusts
1. Unrestricted Provision--”Trustee shall distribute to The University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. the sum of $_________ dollars (or the following described property) for the benefit of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.”

2. Designated Provision--“Trustee shall distribute to The University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. the sum of $__________ dollars (or the following described property) for the benefit of the (college, school, department, division, project or program) at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.”

3. Residual Provision--“Trustee shall distribute the remainder of the trust estate (or percent of the remainder of the trust estate ______%) to The University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. for the benefit of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.”

4. Restricted as to Purposes--“Trustee shall distribute to The University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. the sum of $___________ dollars (or the following described property) for the benefit of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, to be used in accordance with my gift agreement on file with the Foundation.”
