Bequest Language

Any testamentary, lifetime or revocable gift should give the correct legal name of the UNLV Foundation: the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Foundation, 4505 Maryland Parkway/Box 451006, Las Vegas, NV 89154-1006 (IRS tax identification number 94-2790134).
