Planned Giving

"The Life you Lead is the Legacy you Leave!"
--Lynne Twist, The Soul of Money

Thank you for considering a gift to the Dallas Symphony Foundation. Every gift—no matter the size—is appreciated. Here are some of the reasons you might include the Dallas Symphony Foundation in your legacy planning:

  • Contributions through wills and estates have a significant impact on building a strong permanent endowment to secure a solid financial future for the Symphony. Endow your annual support for the Symphony in perpetuity with an endowment of 20x your annual gift.
  • The endowment currently recognizes nearly 100 named funds that support programs of special significance, such as the William Randolph Hearst Endowed Fund for Young Strings. You can add to these funds.

Direct your gift to music education, name a favorite chair in the Orchestra in perpetuity or support vital artistic initiatives

This site contains a wealth of information on how you can make a planned gift that will benefit you, the Dallas Symphony Foundation and, most of all, those we are here to serve.

"If you choose to make a legacy gift, I strongly suggest doing it while you are still living. One of the most enjoyable benefits is feeling more closely connected in the community!
