Planned Gift
Planned Gifts Welcome, and thank you for your interest in The Children's Inn at NIH, a "place like home" for seriously ill children involved in research at the National Institutes of Health. These pages will guide you through the many benefits of making a planned gift while leaving a legacy of care and support for The Inn. Over the years, The Inn has been the recipient of many generous gifts by will, trust, retirement plan, life insurance policy and other estate gifts. These types of gifts are increasingly important to the Inn and our ability to serve children and their families who need us now and in the future. Whether you're looking for information about wills, charitable remainder trusts or gifts of life insurance, we have the information to guide you. Take a look around the site and explore the many opportunities to support The Inn through gift planning. If you are not sure where to begin, try our Build our Gift Planner. By answering a few basic questions, this interactive takes you through the process of narrowing down your choices. If you already have gift options in mind, click on Compare Gifts to see how your choices match up, or click on eBrochures to request specific information on a planning option. For more information or to arrange a personal meeting and tour of The Inn, please contact Director of Development Fern J. Stone, stonefj@mail.nih.gov, or call the Development Office at 301-451-9453.
