Discover how, through thoughtful planning, you can have the power over the distribution of your estate.The Providence Office of Gift Planning is providing a free 90 minute seminar about the basics of wills and estate planning. A local estate planning attorney will cover topics such as the advantages and disadvantages of wills and living trusts; probate vs. non-probate property; estate taxes; advance directives; and powers of attorney.
