Not sure where to begin?
Try our Build your gift planner. By answering a few basic questions, this interactive tool walks you along as you narrow down your choices. Or, you might try our Plan by life phase tool to create a strategy tailored to your stage of life.
Have a plan in mind!
We find that the most popular way to make a planned gift is through a Bequest or Charitable gift annuity.
Perhaps you want to review the advantages of different gifts? Choose Compare gifts to see how the various options stack up.
If you are confronted with more challenging or complex choices, our Planned giving officer can help you with situations often requiring the advice of your legal counsel and financial consultant.
Your gift deserves recognition!
We recognize that you have made an extraordinary commitment to provide lasting solutions to end poverty and injustice to future generations. The legacy circle was created to recognize you in a special way and personalize your Oxfam experience.

Getting started: bequests
If you plan to make a charitable gift by will, please think it through carefully. Then, meet with your attorney to discuss and update your will. Tell him or her exactly what you want to do. Be as clear as possible in describing what you want given to whom.
Let Us Know
We hope you'll tell us when you have named Oxfam America in your will. We would very much like the opportunity to thank you for your generosity.
