- Set up a meeting with your estate planning attorney to get your will in place, or to update your will.
- Read about how to prepare for your meeting with an estate planning attorney.
- The official legal bequest language for Hospice of the Chesapeake is: "I, [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to Hospice of the Chesapeake Foundation, Inc.[written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose."
- After getting your will in place, make sure the rest of your estate plans are sound.
