The official legal bequest language for Washington & Jefferson College is:
"I, [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to Washington & Jefferson College [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose."- After getting your will in place, make sure the rest of your estate plans are sound.
