Heritage Society
The Heritage Society is SJSU's recognition society for all alumni and friends who have notified the university and provided documentation of their future gift provisions. These future gifts provide the foundation for continued academic excellence in the years to come. Gifts include bequests, charitable gift annuities, retirement assets and charitable trusts. Through their generosity, Heritage Society members demonstrate how one generation can help the next.
Created in the 1990s, the society annually sponsors a donor appreciation event to honor its members. In addition, members receive the Heritage Society newsletter.
