- Read about how to prepare for your meeting with an estate planning attorney.
- The official bequest language for HPH Hospice is: "I, [name], of [city, state ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to the Hospice Foundation of 12107 Majestic Blvd., Hudson, Florida, [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose."
- After getting your will in place, make sure the rest of your estate plans are sound.
- Contact HPH Hospice at 727-819-5909 or donations@hph-hospice.org with any questions you may have about including HPH Hospice in your estate plans.
In addition to a will, make sure you have a living will and a durable power of attorney in place.
